Before joining the BCA team in 2010, Frank served for over 21 years as President of The Fitness Store, an exercise equipment business with locations throughout the State of Ohio, which he founded in 1985. Under his guidance the business grew to be one of the top 10 distributors of its kind in the United States. In 2006, Frank successfully exited the business. Since then, he has stayed committed to his passion for free enterprise, serving as an adjunct professor of business and entrepreneurship at Sinclair Community College, and assisting business owners as a merger and acquisitions intermediary and business start up consultant, and his current role as Managing Director, with a focus on Exit and Succession Planning.
Frank is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Economics, and received his MBA in Finance from Michigan State University. In January of 2010, Frank completed extensive training and testing to earn the prestigious designation of CExP (Certified Exit Planner) from the Business Enterprise Institute (BEI), the nation’s premier provider of exit planning resources. As a CExP professional, Frank is thoroughly trained in the regarded Seven Step Exit Planning Process.
